Policies

Custom-built PCs are non-refundable, except for defective components and only in the first 24 hours after delivery, we will record the PC before shipping to ensure quality. 

Service fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Returns on Ordered Components are accepted within 14-30 days if unopened.

Free 14-day warranty on all custom PCs (Covers defects in assembly, NOT accidental damage).

Pre Built PCs have options for warranty from 30 days to 12 months. 

Full-Service Warranty: 30% of PC cost; 30 days to return the PC for free servicing, if damage is found a replacement will be given, no refund though. Shipping is covered, servicing times may vary until the PC is fixed. If missing parts are found then warranty is void, we will need a receipt of the original purchasing receipt to ensure all parts are identical to the ones ordered (serial numbers for GPU will be stored). Part replacement is included, no extra payment needed

Service+ Warranty: 20% Of Pc Cost; 12 Months No free returns, and no refunds, however this warranty will give you 19.99 service for your pc and up to 4 others you setup with us(even if they weren't purchased with us), parts needed to purchase to fix the computer aren't included. Shipping is shared between us and the customer. 

Service warranty: 10% of PC Cost; 6 Months No free Returns, and no refunds, this warranty will give you access to 9.99 service for your pc and only that PC. parts needed to purchase to fix the computer aren't included, and shipping is covered by the warranty holder. 

Budget PCs: Take approximately 2-3 weeks after payment due to the nature of refurbished parts.

Mid-tier PCs: Take approximately 1-2 weeks after payment.

Local Pickup: Available in the Tampa Area and Miami Area

Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless a warranty says otherwise. 

Shipping for Mid tier pcs and custom pcs are free if the price is over 1,000 USD

Accepted payments: Credit/Debit Through Stripe. 

Full payment required before building/shipping.

Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions.

PC diagnostic fee: $50 (applied toward repair if completed).

PC servicing fee: $110 fixed (covers labor and basic troubleshooting).

No guarantee of repair if hardware damage is too severe.

We do NOT store personal data beyond order fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for backing up data before any repair or upgrade service.

Orders are processed 1-3 Business days after payment, after that building can take up to 1 week due to the time it takes for parts to arrive

We are not responsible if Customer Supplied parts are incompatible with the computer, we will attempt to inform you however it is up to the customer to ensure the compatibility if they supply us a part to input into their computer

Cancellations within 24 hours = Full refund.

Cancellations after 24 hours and before building starts  = 90% Return due to re-stocking fee. 

Cancellations after build started = No cancelation after building starts

Support is available via email, phone, and Discord.

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of an issue occurring.

We resolve disputes through repair, replacement, or over the phone if possible to be solved(phone servicing is free)

We are not liable for damages due to overclocking, modifications, or software issues caused by the user.

Customers assume responsibility for third-party software issues (unless covered under consulting).

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the Refund and Return Policy.

For servicing computers, if they are left with us without contact for 3+ months we will assume ownership of the PC and its parts, this is to ensure you don't leave a computer with us and then leave (its happened before). We will contact you several times before this occurs though (3-5 times each month, watch out for a number with a 305 extension)
