Our Goal:
In 2022, roughly 62 million tons of E-Waste were thrown away into garbage dumps, even though roughly 70% of those parts were still functional. Our Goal at Maker Pc is to help you find and build the PC of your dreams, while saving you money and helping the environment through the use of refurbished parts.

We do understand that not everyone wants to have recycled parts in their computers, so we also offer services to build you a computer that matches the specs that you want! While also saving you some money.

Although the price of parts does affect the performance, we ensure that all of our builds are made with the utmost care and will function well beyond your expectations!
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take you to ship?
Shipping varies based on location, however due to the nature of us having to order parts, build the computer, do rigorous testing, and then ship them out for you, the consumer, to enjoy it can take up to two weeks. However we will continue updating you every day on the status of your build and you are welcome to call or email us for updates!
Refund Policies
We sadly do not offer a refund policy, however we do have warranties that you can purchase to secure your computer! Warranty is 10-30% of the cost of the computer, and we offer different packages, however all purchases come with free lifetime calls to help with maintenance along with help from our members in our discord server!
Our warranties are:
Full-Service Warranty (you are capable of returning the computer within 30 days of purchase with a detailed description of what's wrong with it, and we'll do testing to attempt to service your computer. Refunds will be available if the computer is found to have a manufacturing error, however if not then servicing is all thats available for this policy. Shipping is free)
Service+ Warranty (Cheaper Policy which offers 9.99 flat fee service for computers purchased through us! We don't offer refunds with this warranty though. Shipping costs must be covered by you)
Service Warranty 19.99 Service (12 months of service for a flat fee of 19.99, however this service is offered for up to 5 computers, even if they aren't purchased with us! This is not a refund warranty, instead its us helping diagnose what's wrong with your computer, shipping costs are shared between us and the customer.)

Do you offer PC Building classes?
Throughout our time helping you build your pc, we will ensure to record and explain every step of the process. Allowing you to take a part in the building of your own custom PC, and allowing us to answer questions along the way.
This service is free, however you must ask for it during our initial conversations!
